*✦ Sana Hadanomy Collagen Lotion & Collagen Cream Review ✦*

Finally reviewing the Sana Hadanomy collagen set when I'm almost done with them... At least it gave me time to try it thoroughly. They started carrying these at the local Japanese markets and I tried it out on my hand and I was sold. It's pretty affordable, has a lovely scent, not to mention mention extremely adorable packaging!

On the packaging, the first thing you'll notice is that it advertises 1000 mg of collagen! So what does collagen do for our skin? It helps moisturize and hydrate our skin and reduce wrinkles.

This brand carries products that goes from light to heavy with the collagen mist, collagen lotion, and collagen cream.

The collagen lotion is basically a gel toner, which is more commonly found in Asia. Instead of soaking a cotton pad, it's recommended to use your hands to apply this (clean hands). This line seems to hints of of rose and grapefruit in the smell.. I happen to enjoy it, but if you don't like scented products this probably isn't for you as it quite heavily scented. It leaves you with a moisturized and fresh feeling, but seeing as though it's a gel formula it's definitely more lightweight.

The collagen cream feels like a gel based cream instead of your average thick cream. It's extremely light and doesn't make my face feel oily, but it makes it feel fresh and supple. I usually use this after my daily facial cleansing routine.

Overall I like these products and they're easy to purchase in my area and I'll probably purchase the mist since it's been getting really hot these days... And these products really do feel soothing ! They also have face masks too that I've been seeing around the cosmetic aisles...

My bestie also picked up a set to try while she was away at school and unfortunately it did not work for her. Her skin was not in agreement with this product and she wasn't used to the gel based products. Sad for her... but it works for me! I did not notice any extreme differences between this and other collagen based products, but I assume it's more effective to directly consume collagen via medicine or foods. Some foods that promote collagen are garlic, soy products, tomatoes, etc.
