Halloween is my favorite time of year because everyone gets to dress up and pretend to be whatever they want to be. A cute maid, a favorite Disney character, a favorite animal, the possibilities are endless!
Ilovesexy.com is a provider of not only hundreds of cute costumes, but also club and rave wear! (Hint, hint, those of you getting ready for New Years and holiday raves!) I choose a cat costume because not only did it have the option of covering up in case it gets cold, it is also cute and flirty!

Let's get started!
I like to use toner before I put on my makeup, to give it a little hydration without too much oil for the foundation to slip and slide. I usually prep my skin with MAC's Fix+ as well.
On days that I need my makeup to last for hours, I usually reach for Estee Lauder's Double Wear foundation as it provides superb coverage and lasting wear. I use my favorite Shiseido Foundation Brush to blend it out and apply concealer. Using a patting motion on the concealer allows maximum coverage of uneven skin tones or blemishes.
Using Rimmel's brow pencil, I fill in the sparse areas of my brows to shape them then apply an eyebrow powder to make it look more natural.
If your hair is lighter than your brows, you can apply a brow mascara, as it makes them look more tidy and lighter. If your hair is the same color, you can skip this step.
Prime the eyes! Starting with a medium dark brown, apply to the outer V of your eye. Then using a light highlighting color, apply to the center of your eyelid to give dimension to your eyes.
Next, using a dark brown color, line your upper lids and blend everything together with a big fluffy brush.
Using a liquid eyeliner, draw your eyeliner as you would normally ending at the edge of your eye. Additionally, draw a extended angled line about 3-4 cm past the edge of your eyes and fill in.
Taking the darkest brown shadow again, line your bottom eyelid starting from the center and meeting up with your top liner.
Using a dark brown liner, darken the bottom line until it meets with your top liner and apply the lightest shade to the inner corners of your eyes to brighten them up.
Apply blush to bring some warmth into your face.
Curl your lashes and using a tweezer, apply false lashes for volume.
Apply chapstick or lip moisturizer and add your favorite lip color. I am partial to peachy colors for daytime, but darker colors are perfect for nighttime!
